Safety & Maintenance
− Oven to be operated outdoors only or indoors in a well-ventilated space. Pizza stone to be always kept inside oven. Never immerse oven or cord in water, clean exterior with damp towel after oven cooled down completely. Do NOT wash the stone with water or soap. Scrape off residue and reheat the stone in the oven for 30–40 minutes with the door closed to self-clean. Use only cast-iron steel or carbon steel pans. Avoid using aluminium, plastic, silicon, baking paper.
